• STONE GROUND ORGANIC FLOUR: Made from a mix of carefully selected organic hard red spring wheat and soft white winter wheat grown in the northern plains. We strive to purchase wheat that contains 10-14% protein and has a strong gluten content.
• FINELY GROUND FLOUR: This all-purpose whole wheat flour is a blend that still contains much of the bran and germ. This makes for a heartier all-purpose flour as opposed to typical white flours, and works well in bread machines with a whole grain setting.
