Amy’s, the popular brand for those instant, tasty and natural veggie meals has come up with another new addition to its product line: Gluten-free cookies and Margherita Pizza in Rice Crust.
The new gluten-free cookies are made from simple, as well as all natural ingredients, which was how Amy’s grandmother used to make them. These cookies are especially created for people who cannot tolerate gluten or are allergic to it. The cookies will be available in three shortbread varieties: classic shortbread, chocolate chip and almond. The new gluten-free cookies will be available in retail stores nationwide in June of this year.
Ever since Amy’s started marketing their pizza products, a lot of people have loved them. However, there has been feedback and requests for Amy’s to come up with a pizza that does not have wheat in it. These requests came from people who cannot tolerate wheat or are allergic to gluten. As an answer to these requests, Amy’s chefs have developed a new kind of crust, one that is made from organic rice flour. This will now bethe pizza crust for Amy’s new Margherita Pizza. As with all its other pizza varieties, the new Margherita pizza is made from organic ingredients, without the presence of genetically modified products. With the new Margherita Pizza rice crust, everyone will be able to enjoy the delicious pizzas that Amy’s customers have come to envjoy. This new pizza variety will be available in retail stores by May of this year.
