The store, known as Merchant of Vino Marketplace is an organic, specialty and natural wine and food store, which has six stores in the Midwest. Years later, the brothers decided to come up with a novel grocery concept. The concept was later branded as Plum Market. The first store was opened in the year 2007. This means that Plum Market has been in business for more than five years. The company has a very simple philosophy. The philosophy is setting out to create an amazing shopping experience for its customers. The company holds the belief that choice is fundamental, and this is clearly reflected in the product selection. There is a mix of organic, natural, local and specialty products.
