There have been no allergy attacks reported that are related to the recalled products however.
The recalled Nut ice creams contain undeclared walnuts and have a net weight of 3.5 ounces. The recalled Pina Colada ice creams contain undeclared coconut and have a net weight of 3.5 ounces. The recalled Esquimal ice creams contain undeclared milk and have a net weight of 3.5 ounces. The affected products are packed in transparent plastic wrappers and do not have any best-by dates or lot codes. These ice cream products were distributed inYakima,Washington under the ‘Paleteria La Super’ brand. These ice cream bars, when stored in the freezer, can last up to 3 months.
The company made the recall with the knowledge of the Food & Drug Administration. Consumers who have bought these recalled ice cream products can return it to the store they purchased it from and they will be given a full refund.
