Oats (in whole grains) are considered as a complete breakfast by most and are even preferred by athletes, health buffs and health professionals. These are considered as very good breakfast foods because it gives a boost of energy to the body and at the same time lowers the body’s cholesterol. Every serving of this granola product contains 5 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber.

The Cinnamon Raisin variety is a mix of oats, oat flour, unsulfured raisins, brown sugar, rice flour, barley malt and cinnamon. The Honey Oat variety is a combination of oats, oat flour, brown sugar, pure vanilla, rice flour, barley malt and honey. Aside from the two new varieties, there are also other flavors that have been improved, the Natural flavor and the Apple Blueberry flavor.
