Nestle Dreyer’s Häagen-Dazs has introduced new flavors to its ice cream. Some of the new flavors are considered limited edition ice creams for the brand.
These new ice cream products will star new ingredients like roasted and crunchy almonds, ripe and tender blackberries, blueberries that have been simmered and the freshest peaches available. The new ice cream flavors introduced are:
Caramel Apple Pie – A combination of diced apples and ice cream made from apples, then swirled with pie crust and caramel.
Blueberry Crumble – Ice cream made from blueberries mixed with crumbles of cobbler crust.
Cranberry Pumpkin Spice – Ice cream made from pumpkin swirled with cranberry filling, then spiced lightly with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Sweet Chai Latte – Ice cream mixed with chai tea.
Spiced Peach Crumble – Cooked peaches that are spiced lightly and mixed into sweet-tasting cream, then added with buttery crust nuggets. This flavor is exclusive to Wal-Mart.
Blackberry Cabernet Sorbet – Ice cream made from a combination of cabernet grapes and blackberries.
Other new ice cream products include sundae cones in two new flavors: Vanilla Chocolate and Vanilla Caramel. A new frozen yogurt variety is also out, flavored with chocolates and almonds.
Two ice cream flavors are now available in single-serve cups: Rum Raisin and Caramel Cone.
According to Häagen-Dazs’ Brand Director, Gulbin Hoeberechts, the company put their focus on experiences in flavor while they were looking for ideas and inspiration. This led to the birth of these new varieties of ice cream and sundae cones.
As for retail prices, every 14-ounce carton costs $4.69, single-serve cups costs $1.39 and five-cone cartons costs $5.49.
