Discount chain ALDI continues to hire more employees for its stores in South Florida.
ALDI has announced that it will be holding three more hiring events in the next week in order to find people who are interested in working as cashiers, manager trainees and shift managers for ALDI branches. Stores that will be staffed by the people who will be hired from these events are those that are located in Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Lauderdale Lakes, Delray Beach and Pembroke Pines.
Employment at ALDI’s will indeed be very good news for those who will be hired because the discount chain has been known to provide wages which are higher than the average rate in the industry. At ALDI’s, cashiers get paid $10 hourly, shift managers get paid $13.50 hourly, while manager trainees get paid $20 hourly. For those who will be hired as part-time employees of the store, they will also be given benefits aside from their salaries.
Below is the schedule for the hiring events:
July 7: Boca Raton/Hilton-Deerfield Beach, 6 AM to 1 PM
Deerfield Beach hiring, 3 PM to 6 PM
July 9: Boynton Beach-Holiday Inn Express, 7 AM to 1 PM
Delray Beach hiring, 3 PM to 5 PM
July 11: Courtyard by Marriott, 6 AM to 1 PM, 3 PM to 6 PM
This hiring will be for staffing of all five new stores: Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs,
Lauderdale Lakes, Delray Beach and Pembroke Pines
With the current inflation and rising unemployment rate in the country, landing one of these jobs will definitely be positive news for the new employee.
