One building is located in Mesquite and the other in Frisco.

The Frisco building is a 55 thousand square-foot building that also houses an ALDI grocery store. The sale of this store was brokered through Venture Commercial in partnership with two other companies. The buyer of the building, Tana Group was self-represented during the negotiations for the sale of the building.
The building in Mesquite is a 61 thousand square-foot building located near the Town East Mall. The Venture Commercial Company alone represented the seller of the property. The buyer of the property was Paso Vista properties. The buyers represented their own company.
